摘要:运用正交实验通过改变反应温度、pH值、掺杂量、烧结温度4个变量来制备ZAO粉末,通过对ZAO的粉末压片,测量其体积电阻。比较各种情况后,选择反应温度100℃、pH7.5掺杂量3.5%、烧结温度350℃制备ZAO粉末,其体积电阻为最小值104Ω。并研究ZAO粉末加入聚乙烯基薄膜的电性能和力学性能,结果表明:随着ZAO粉末增加,PE薄膜的表面电阻下降,拉伸强度升高,而撕裂强度有所下降,当ZAO粉末加入量达到10%时,PE膜表面电阻达到1.74×1011Ω。

Abstract:By changing the reaction temperature, pH, doping level, the four variables of the sintering temperature, we prepare the ZAO powder.Then press ZAO powder into tablets and measure its volume resistivity. Comparing all the circumstances, the reaction temperature of 100 ℃, pH 7.5,doping level3.5%, sintering temperature of 350 ℃ is best choice. The results shows that the ZAO powder volume resistivity can reach 104 orders of magnitude. And research the electrical and mechanical adding ZAO powder to polyethylene-based film .With the addition of ZAO powder, the surface resistance of the PE film decreases, tensile strength increases, tear strength declines. Adding ZAO powder to 10% ,the PE film surface resistivity is 1.74 × 1011Ω.

比较无机抗静电剂和有机高聚物抗静电剂,随着ZAO粉末的逐渐增加,薄膜表面电阻逐渐减小,拉伸强度增加,撕裂强度有所下降。在抗静电母粒份数达到10%时,薄膜表面电阻从1.2×1015Ω降到1.74×1011Ω,横向拉伸强度从17.3MPa上升到20.45MPa,横向撕裂从123.9N/mm降到105.3N/mm。随着Pelestant 230的逐渐增加,薄膜表面电阻略微减小,拉伸强度增加,撕裂强度有所下降。在抗静电母粒份数达到15%时,薄膜表面电阻从1.2×1015Ω降到6.8×1013Ω,横向拉伸强度从17.3MPa上升到25.85MPa,横向撕裂从123.9N/mm降到118.4N/mm
