摘 要:激光辐照作为一种植物诱变育种的物理学方法,具有操作简单、使用安全等优点,目前已经被广泛使用。本试验从激光辐照诱变育种生菜种子的研究实践出发,利用半导体绿激光对生菜种子在播种前进行辐照处理,研究不同辐照剂量对生菜种子提取液的紫外吸收光谱、发芽率、播种成熟后植株的部分生理指标、平均质量及平均株高的影响,找到半导体绿激光的一个最佳剂量,使其辐照生菜种子后能产生变异,达到较佳的增产提质的目标。结果表明:不同的辐照剂量对生菜种子的影响不同,经适宜剂量的半导体绿激光辐照后,提高了种子的发芽率及植株体内的营养成分,增加了生菜的产量;用剂量为3min的半导体绿激光辐照生菜种子,对生菜的增产提质的效果最佳,因此3min为半导体绿激光的辐照生菜种子的一个最佳剂量。

ABSTRACT:As a kind of plant mutation breeding method of physics,laser irradiation has the advantages of simple operation,use safety and so on. In the present, it has been widely used. This article starts from the research practice of inducing and breeding lettuce seeds by laser irradiation, irradiating lettuce seeds with semiconductor green laser before planting, researching on the influence of different irradiation dose of lettuce seed extract the ultraviolet absorption spectrum germination rate, seeding after mature, plant physiology index and economic characters after sowing mature, finding a best dose of semiconductor green laser that can make lettuce seeds generate variations and achieve the goal of better increasing and improving the quality after irradiating. The results show that: different irradiation dose has different influence of lettuce; after the appropriate doses of semiconductor green laser irradiation, it improved seed germination rate and pant nutrients in the body,and increased lettuce production ; lettuce production and quality improve after irradiate with irradiation dose of 3min by semiconductor green laser, so 3min is a better irradiating dose of semiconductor green laser when it irradiates lettuce seeds.
