摘要:本实验以南瓜实蝇的成虫、幼虫、蛹为目标昆虫,利用3.0×104-3.0×108个/mL 5个浓度的球孢白僵菌XD0104015菌株、球孢白僵菌080920菌株和蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株分生孢子液对其进行室内毒力测定。测定结果表明:各菌株对南瓜实蝇成虫、幼虫和蛹的毒力效果均在3.0×108个/mL浓度下毒力最强,其中球孢白僵菌XD0104015对南瓜实蝇成虫、幼虫和蛹的累计校正死亡率分别为(90.00±1.92)%、(84.44±2.99)%和(80.00±2.95)%,致死中时间(LT50)为(4.088±0.387)d、(4.575±0.569)d和(4.702±0.335)d,第9天的致死中浓度(LC50)为(2.466±0.579)×104个/mL、(2.671±0.574)×104个/mL和(3.461±0.679)×104个/mL;球孢白僵菌080920在孢子浓度为3.0×108个/mL时,南瓜实蝇成虫、幼虫和蛹的校正死亡率分别为(92.22±2.06)%、(87.78±2.13)%和(80.00±3.85)%,LC50值分别为(1.626±0.679)×104个/mL、(2.360±0.779)×104个/mL和(2.671±0.579)×104个/mL,LT50分别为(3.654±0.485)d、(4.177±0.483)d和(4.251±0.465)d;蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024孢子浓度3.0×104-3.0×108个/mL 5个浓度处理中,成虫、幼虫和蛹的最大累计校正死亡率分别为(87.78±1.11)%、(81.11±1.32)%和(80.11±2.94)%,其致死中浓度(LC50)分别为(2.366±0.579)×104个/mL、(2.907±0.495)×104个/mL和(2.495±0.375)×104个/mL,成虫、幼虫和蛹的致死中时间(LT50)分别为(3.585±0.385)d、(4.513±0.359)d和(4.152±0.289)d。供实菌株在室内对南瓜实蝇有较强的毒力,将其推广应用在田间上具有较理想的前景。

ABSTRACT:It determine Bactrocera tau adult , larvae and pupae as target insects in this article , the virulence of isolate of Beauveria bassiana XD0104015 , Beauveria bassiana 080920 and Verticillium lecanii MZ041024 at 3.0×104 to 3.0×108 Spores/ mL five concentrations against its was tested in laboratory . The results show that this strain had considerable virulence against the larvae , adults and pupae in laboratory . Large amount of Bactrocera tau of each stage were killed at the concentration 3.0×108 Spores/ mL , among them the accumulative total corrected mortality rate of Beauveria bassiana XD0104015 to adults , larvae and pupae of Bactrocera tau were (90.00±1.92)% , (84.44±2.99)% and (80.00±2.95)% . and the lethal LT50 of this concentration were (4.088±0.387)d , (4.575±0.569)d and (4.702±0.335)d , the lethal concentration of nine day after treatment were (2.466±0.579)×104 Spores /mL , (2.671±0.574)×104 Spores /mL and (3.461±0.679)×104 Spores /mL . The best accumulative total corrected mortality rate by the concentration 3.0×108 Spores/ mL of Beauveria bassiana 080920 to adults , larvae and pupae of Bactrocera tau were (92.22±2.06)% , (87.78±2.13)% and (80.00±3.85)% , the lethal concentration of adult , larvae and pupae were (1.626±0.679)×104 Spores /mL , (2.360±0.779)×104 Spores /mL and (2.671±0.579)×104 Spores /mL , and the lethal LT50 were (3.654±0.485)d , (4.177±0.483)d and (4.251±0.465)d . The accumulative total corrected mortality rate by the inoculation of 3.0×104-3.0×108 Spores/ mL five concentrations of Verticillium lecanii MZ041024 to adults, larvae and pupae of Bactrocera tau were (87.78±1.11)% , (81.11±1.32)% and (80.11±2.94)% , the lethal were (2.366±0.579)×104 Spores /mL , (2.907±0.495)×104 Spores /mL和(2.495±0.375)×104 Spores /mL,the lethal LT50 of adults , larvae and pupae were (3.585±0.385)d , (4.513±0.359)d and (4.152±0.289)d . These strains had the best virulence against every stage of Bactrocera tau , it has a promising prospect of application in the fields.
