摘要:随着社会的发展,传统的以人工计数和光电检测等方式来进行生产活动的方式已经跟不上时代的节奏,当今企业正面临着技术革新的难题。采用人工的方法来完成对产品的计数不仅效率低、劳动强度高,而且计数误差大。因此,研究开发一种自动计数系统是生产和销售行业中一个十分迫切的问题,对减轻工作劳动强度,提高计数的效率和准确性具有重要意义。举例来说目前国内棒材生产线,在成品打包入库时,都是人工点支计数,人工对钢棒进行点支计数劳动强度大,长时间工作不仅速度慢且误点率高,容易将不同批号和材质的成品混在一起,造成混号或混质事故,给企业带来损失。在现实生活中采用人工的方法往往工作量大、周期长、速度慢,通常采用多人重复计数的方法来保证正确率。这样一来不免又加重了人工成本。在计数这一领域研究出一种自动计数的系统就显得十分必要。
本文通过对图像进行处理和分析,提出了一种基于图像处理的自动计数方法,并用VC开发了面向图像处理与自动计数的系统,实现了图像目标的自动计数。

ABSTRACT:With the development of the society, the traditional artificial count and photoelectric detection methods such as to the procedure of production activity has couldn't keep up with the rhythm of the era, today's enterprise is facing the problem of technological innovation. Using artificial methods to complete count of products not only low efficiency, high labor intensity, and the counting error is big. Therefore, an automatic counting system research and development is the production and sales of industry a very urgent problem, work to reduce the labor intensity, improve the efficiency of the counting accuracy and is of great significance. At present domestic bar production line, for example, to the finished product packaging, storage are artificial point counting, artificial point supported on steel bars counting the intensity of labor is big, long work not only slow and delayed rate is high, easy to mix different batch number and the material of the finished product, cause HunHao or mixed quality accident, brings to the enterprise loss. In real life with the method of artificial workload big, cycle is long, often slow, usually people repeat count method is adopted to ensure accuracy. So unavoidable and increased labor costs. Counting in this area developed a automatic counting system is very necessary.
Based on image processing and analysis, this paper puts forward a automatic counting method based on image processing, using vc developed a face image processing and automatic counting system, realized the automatic counting of target images.
