摘要:挡片来源于机车配件有限公司连接设备上的一个零件,材料为10钢。本课题首先从工艺的合理性出发,分析了挡片的结构,精度等特点,然后在满足加工精度的基础上充分考虑节约成本确定了挡片最优化的冲裁加工工序,通过对制件的形状特点分析,特别是借助计算机对排样方案的研究,最终提出了交叉对排的最佳排样方案,从而有效地提高了材料利用率,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益;同时结合加工特点,通过对模具各零件内部结构的优化,改进了加工工艺方案,方便了加工,减少了工时,起到了节能增效作用。针对挡片比较薄,产量较大等特点,最终设计出了这一副精度较高的复合模作为挡片零件模具,并完成了整副模具的装配图和非标准件的零件图。

This topic first embarked from the craft rationality, analyzes has kept off the piece the structure, characteristics and so on precision, then in satisfied the working accuracy in the foundation to consider fully saved the cost to determine kept off the piece optimization the blanking working process, through to workpiece's shape characteristic analysis, specially drew support from the computer to the row of type plan research, proposed finally intersected to the row of best platoon type plan, thus raised the material use factor effectively, reduced the production cost, raised the economic efficiency.
Simultaneously unifies the processing characteristic, through to the mold various components internal structure's optimization, improved the processing craft plan, has facilitated the processing, reduced the man-hour, played the energy conservation synergized action. In view of keeps off the piece to be quite thin, the output is big and so on characteristics, designed this precision high superposable die achievement to keep off the piece components mold finally, and has completed the entire vice-mold's assembly drawing and the non-standard letter detail drawing.
