摘要:本文详细介绍了塑料模具的现状及未来的发展趋势,以及塑料卫浴产品的良好前景,并从实际出发,设计了塑料卫浴产品的外观及其模具。随着模具制造行业的发展,许多企业开始追求提高产品质量及生产效率,缩短设计周期及制造周期,降低生产成本,最大限度地提高模具制造业的应变能力等目标。新兴的模具CAD 技术很大程度上实现了企业的愿望。近年来,CAD技术的应用越来越普遍和深入, 大大缩短了模具设计周期, 提高了制模质量和复杂模具的制造能力。
本文先对模具行业及卫浴行业做了简单的分析,并从其发展的共同特性和关联入手,用塑料材料设计生产卫浴产品,其竞争力和发展潜力巨大。在未来的发展当中,环保型、简易型、质轻、耐摔及多变性的塑料卫浴产品将是主导。设计结果表明,塑料材质的卫浴产品具备陶瓷卫浴产品的外观和功能性要求,完全可以代替易碎、质重的陶瓷,发展前景极大。
设计主要利用SolidWorks平台进行塑料卫浴产品的外形及注塑模具的设计。在设计过程中,主要通过软件的操作及大学中所学的注射模具设计、工程力学以及机械设计等知识来完成。说明书主要介绍了产品的选料,注射机的选用,模具的结构设计,各模块形状大小的设计计算及产品图、模具图的绘制。通过本次设计课题,使我熟悉了软件的运用及各项设计过程中知识的运用,这位我们以后工作打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the present situation and the future development trend of plastic mould, as well as the good prospect of plastic sanitary ware products, and recommends the design of plastic sanitary ware products appearance and mould from the reality. With the development of mould manufacturing industry, many enterprises begin to pursue the improvement of product quality and production efficiency and the reduction of production cost as well as the cycle of design and manufacturing to maximize the strain capability of mould manufacturing industry. Enterprise has achieved their desire largely with the emerging mould CAD technology.
At first this paper analyses the mold industry and sanitary ware industry simply, and then from the developing common characteristics between the mold industry and sanitary industry, to design and produce sanitary ware products with huge competitiveness and potential development. In the future development, environment friendly, simple type, light quality, fall- resistance and the variety of plastic sanitary ware product will be dominant. The results show that the plastic material sanitary ware product with ceramic product appearance and functional requirement can completely replace fragile and heavy ceramics, which has a huge development prospect.
The design of the contour and plastic injection mold of sanitary sare products was completed on the SolidWorks platform. In the design process, to mainly use the operation of software and the knowledge of injection mould design, engineering mechanics and mechanical design that I learned in college. The product specification mainly introduces the selection of materials and injection machine, the structure design of module, the calculation of each module size and the drawing of products and mould. Through this design project, I am familiar with the application of CAD software and the knowledge was used in the process of design, which had laid a good foundation for my future work.
