摘 要:本论文主要研究了温度控制器罩壳的冲压模设计。通过对零件的成形工艺分析,结合所学关于冲压模方面的知识,和级进模生产该零件过程中出现的问题。制定了几套方案,经过分析比较,最后确定整体方案为,先用落料拉深复合模完成落料和首次拉深,再用一道单工序拉深模完成阶梯拉深的小直径部分,最后将整形和底部凸台的挤压一起完成。论文对每副模具的都进行了详细的工艺分析和结构设计,具体包括对各模具凸凹模的设计,凸凹模的连接形式,模架和压力机的选择等。以此来保证最后生产出的产品质量。设计中主要使用了Dynaform、CAD等工程制图软件,用Dynaform进行了毛坯计算和排样设计。论文还对模具行业国内外发展现状、研究水平、存在的问题和发展趋势等作了简要说明。

ABSTRACT:This paper mainly studied the design of the stamping die , which is used to manufacture the temperature controller cover.Through the analysis to forming technology of he temperature controller cover,combing with the knowledge that we have learned about stamping die, and the problems appeared in the process of production of the parts with progressive die .I have set up several proposals.Through the analysis and comparison.Finally I determined the overall solution.First,using the blanking and drawing compound die to complete blanking and drawing for the first time.Then using a single-operation drawing die to complete the ladder drawing.At last,combing the sizing dies with the extrusion of the boss on the bottom.A detailed technical analysis and structure design was carried out for each die,including the design of the punch and die ,their connection form,and the choose of the die-set and press.By all of that to guarantee the quality of the products.I have used Dynaform software、CAD and some other drawing softwares.The Dynaform software is mainly used to complete blank calculation and layout design.I also have made a brief description about the present situation,the research level, existing problems and development trends etc of the mold industry.
