摘  要:该课题是结合实际工程问题而制订出的一个题目，其目的是设计一套在水泥生产中能够将碎石从矿山分厂运输到生产分厂的下运带式输送机系统。

本文是对通用设备（DTⅡ系列通用固定带式输送机）的选型计算，首先对胶带输送机作了简单的概述；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计；接着对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了校核。DTⅡ系列通用固定带式输送机由五个主要部件组成：传动装置、机架、张紧装置、清扫装置以及胶带。目前，胶带输送机正朝着长距离，高速度，低摩擦的方向发展，近年来出现的气垫式胶带输送机就是其中的一个。在胶带输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造带式输送机过程中存在着很多不足。

Abstract:The subject is combined with practical engineering problems and work out a topic, the purpose is to design a set of in cement production can be under the rubble from the mine factory transportation to the production factory ship the belt conveyor system. 

   This article is for general equipment (DT) Ⅱ series general fixed belt conveyor of the type selection calculation, first of all to make a simple overview of the belt conveyor; And then according to these design criteria in accordance with the requirements given parameter selection and calculation method for type selection design; Then the choice of conveyor main parts and components for the checking. DT Ⅱ series general fixed belt conveyor consists of five main parts: gear, rack, tensioning device, cleaning device, and adhesive tape. At present, the belt conveyor towards long distance, high speed, low friction in the direction of development, in recent years, the air cushion belt conveyor is one of them. In design, manufacture and application of belt conveyor, at present our country compared with foreign advanced level, there is still a large gap in domestic design and manufacture of there are many deficiencies in the process of belt conveyor.
