摘 要:数控机床作为自动化设备正被越来越普遍采用,而数控编程技术则是一门集综合性、 实践性和灵活性与一体的专业课程。数控仿真软件的使用,使得我们在一些实际不能加工的东西,把它模拟出来,它还使我们在对一些零件的加工有问题时,先进行模拟试验,当模拟成功时,在实际生产中运用,这样就减少了对材料的浪费。我国制造业正面临着市场全球化、经济一体化的趋势,现今正处于竞争战略不断升级,相应的制造理念和制作模式不断创新的时期。因此,在数控技术中很多都引入了计算机,而数控加工、CAD/CAM是支撑现代制造业的基础。CAD简称计算机辅助设计,它帮助人们从繁琐的手工绘图中解脱出来,实现无纸、无笔、无尺、无图版设计,不仅对简单工件的绘图效率快。而且对复杂工件的准确率和效率也很高,并且还有利于图纸的系统化管理。
本设计内容主要是利用数控车床来加工零件,主要解决的问题是零件的装夹、刀具的对刀、工艺路线的制定、工序与工步的划分、刀具的选择、切削用量的确定、车削加工程序的编写、机床的熟练操作。

Therefore, in the numerical control technology, many have introduced a computer, and CNC machining, CAD / CAM is to support the foundation of modern manufacturing.Referred to as computer-aided design CAD, it helps people from the tedious manual drawing freed, paperless, no pen, no ruler, no plate design, not only for simple workpiece drawing efficiency quickly. But also for complex workpiece accuracy and efficiency is also high, and is also beneficial to the drawings systematic management.
