摘 要:随着工业等行业的快速发展，模具在生产中的作用越来越重要，其地位也在不断上升。尤其是最近几年，模具工业的发展比较快，在国民经济中的影响地位也日趋明显。

　　　本设计主要是针对漫步者R211TⅡ低音炮音响外壳塑料零件的模具设计。通过对塑料进行工艺的分析和比较，最终设计出一副注塑模模具。

　　　1. 对产品材料进行分析，明确其特性；根据塑件的质量选择注塑机的类型，再对其相关数据进行校核，确定选择注射机能够满足要求。

　　　2. 模具结构的设计，主要通过比较的方法以及对加工工艺的要求，主要内容包括分型面的选择、主流道、分流道形状和尺寸的确定。

　　　3. 型腔、型芯的结构设计和尺寸计算，导柱和导套的选用，脱模机构的设计，模架的选择等。

　　　4. 设计中主要应用的软件为AutoCAD和Pro ENGINEER，利用AutoCAD绘制模具的总体装配图以及主要零件图，来表达模具的整体结构；利用ENGINEER绘制零件三维立体图形及模具总装图并生成爆炸图。

　　　通过整个设计过程说明该模具能够达到塑件所要求的加工工艺，并能够批量生产塑件，提高生产效率。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of industries in the role, mold production is more and more important, its status is also on the rise. Especially in recent years, the   development of die and mould industry in the national economy is faster, the influence of status become increasingly obvious.

　　　This topic is mainly aimed at tube mould design. Through the process of plastic analysis and comparison, the final design out a pair of injection mold mold. 

　　　Firstly ,analyzed from product materials, made clear its characteristics; Again according to the quality of plastic parts.

　　　Second ,choose the type of injection molding machine test on its relevant data, determined choice injection machine can meet the requirements; The last is the design of the mould structure, mainly through comparison of processing method and process requirements, determine the choice, including parting ways mainstream way.

　　　Third, shape and size of shunt determining the structure design and die and punch, size calculation of guide post and guide the selection of the design demoulding mechanism, formwork choice, etc. In this paper are introduced the detailed design. 

　　　Fourth, in the design of the software for the main applications using AutoCAD, the general assembly drawing mould AutoCAD and main parts graph, to express the overall structure of the mould.

　　　Through the whole design process to illustrate the mould can achieve the required plastic parts processing technology, and can batch production plastic parts, improve production efficiency.
