摘要:随着铅阳极铸型 、铅始极片制作和电铅铸锭等3条自动生产线在国内的普遍应用，电铅生产过程中劳动强度最大的铸锭 、堆垛 、排板和制片等操作被先进的装备所取代，开创了我国电铅生产过程机械化发展新的时代。该设备由国外引进，目前要进行国产化，具有引进、消化吸收国外先进技术意义。由此看出，电铅的发展对我国机械制造发展发挥着重要的作用。

　　　本次设计的为电铅阴极制造压机。电铅阴极制造压机主要用来给铅板增加纹路，并增加铅板的强度。该压机的主要设备是由压机机架，压力板，液压缸，气缸和支架组成。设计内容主要包括：机架设计、油缸选用及安装、前后模板支架设计。

　　　该设备使用方便，劳动强度低，工作效率高，降低了加工成本，提高了经济效益，制造成本低。
