摘要:白菜是日常生活中常吃的蔬菜,在我国南方一些省市一年四季都可以种植,一年可以种植四季之多。目前,我国一些农作物已经实现机械化收获,但生活中大白菜的收获还是由人工亲自一颗一颗手工收获。我国是一个农业大国,大白菜的种植在全国的蔬菜种植中占有很大的比重。为了提高大白菜收获效率,解决大白菜收获费时又费力等问题,本课题对大白菜收获机构进行研究,设计了一个与拖拉机配合使用的大白菜收获机构。该机构结构简单,适合于中小规模白菜种植农户的大白菜的收获。本机构主要设计了提升装置、夹持装置、切削装置、传送装置。在收获过程中对大白菜进行采摘、根茎的切削、传送到货箱等功能,既提高了效率,又降低了劳动强度。
大白菜收获机构的工作过程为:当大白菜进入收获机构提升装置时,大白菜被拔起并被夹持,然后被夹持着往后运输,到达切削装置位置大白菜的根茎被切削,紧接着被运送到有一定倾角传送带上,最后再通过水平传送带运到拖拉机的货箱里。

ABSTRACT:Chinese cabbage is one of the common life of the vegetable, in South China, some provincesand cities throughout the year can be grown, a year of planting seasons. At present, our country some crops already realized mechanization, but Chinese cabbage mechanical harvest there is gap. Our country is an agricultural big country, Chinese cabbage in countrywide vegetable planting in a large proportion, but the cabbage harvest still artificial harvesting. In order to solve the cabbage harvest time consuming, and labor intensity is big wait for a problem, this research combined with the actual life, on Chinese cabbage harvest mechanism of major parts for research, design a tractor used in conjunction with the cabbage harvest mechanism. The mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, suitable for small and medium-sized cabbage Chinese cabbage harvest farmers. The mechanism is mainly designed to enhance the holding device, cutting device, transmission device. In the work to achieve on cabbage picking, rhizome cutting, transferred to MTL function, which not only improves the efficiency, and reducing the labor intensity.
Chinese cabbage harvest body work process: when the cabbage into harvesting mechanism lifting device, Chinese cabbage is pulled up and are clamped, then being held back transport, to reach the cutting device position of Chinese Cabbage by cutting roots, then transported to a certain inclination on the conveyor belt, then through the level a conveyor transports to the tractor yard in.
