摘要:随着液压工业的不断发展,液压技术在各种工业机械中所发挥的作用也越来越大。由于液压系统的组成、功能日益复杂,因而发生故障的机率也随之增多。液压缸的研究、设计、生产、使用与维修都离不开对其进行试验;设计一种能满足各种类型液压缸试验要求,并能以最少的资金和占用最小的场地解决实际问题的通用液压缸试验台已势在必行。
本课题所设计的液压原理图主要是为了测试电液伺服阀的动静态特性。其中静态性能主要的测试项目为伺服阀的空载流量特性、负载流量特性、压力特性;动态性能主要的测试项目为频率响应特性和瞬态响应特性。论文阐述了伺服阀试验台的一般设计流程,包括电液伺服阀试验台原理图的拟定、液压系统中各主要元件进行了计算与选择、电液伺服阀试验台液压泵站的设计、液压集成块的设计。

ABSTRACT:With the development of the hydraulic industry, hydraulic technology in various industrial machinery play a more and more important role. As the hydraulic system of the composition, function increasingly complex and thus the failure rate also will increase. Cylinder research, design, production, use and maintenance can not be separated from its test ; it is necessary to design a hydraulic cylinder system which can satisfy the requirements of various types of hydraulic cylinder test to solve practical problem with the least amount of money and the smallest site.
Hydraulic principle diagram in this design is mainly about the design of the static and dynamic characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve test. The main testing items of the static performance is no-load flow characteristic, load flow characteristic, pressure characteristic of servo valve. The main testing items of dynamic performance is frequency response and transient response characteristics. This paper expounds the general design flow servo valve test-bed, including electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed, hydraulic system schematic drawing of the main components were calculated and selected, electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed of hydraulic pump station, the design of hydraulic manifold block design.

在液压设备不断增多的情况下,生产、科研、军队等不同领域拥有自己的液压元件试验台是大势所趋。液压试验台能够对生产领域生产的各种液压元件产品以及非生产领域使用的各种液压元件性能进行有效的检测,进而掌握更加真实与客观的技术信息,利于对液压设备进行比较全面的评估。液压元件的检测需要专门的设备或者试验室,因此,简单而又具有较高操作性的设计理念正是进行液压元件试验台设计时孜孜追求的,过于复杂化的液压元件试验台设计理念不仅会增加试验台费用,而且还会增加了解和操作试验台的难度。
本课题针对伺服阀性能测试所需设备而展开,本课题将设计一种能满足伺服阀测试性能的试验台,其中包括液压试验原理设计和液压泵站设计。
