摘要:在汽车水泵的工业生产过程中,气密性检测是衡量产品是否合格的一个非常重要的指标,是在生产过程中必须注意的一个问题。对于产品要做到“100%测试,100%合格。如何能够准确、高效地对产品进行检测,是汽车生产行业中必须考虑的因素。因此,汽车水泵测漏机便成了该领域非常重要的一个产品。一个测漏机的设计包含机械系统和电气控制两部分,本文主要介绍机械系统部分。
本文主要介绍汽车水泵测漏机机械系统结构设计方面的知识。设计内容包括:检漏机台架、气动夹紧机构、气动原理图、水泵测漏夹具、法兰盘旋转驱动机构以及打标机构等。
对于一个水泵测漏机的设计,要求考虑到成本低,精度高,方便使用等因素。因此如何设计,如何选型便是该课题设计的重中之重。在设计过程中,综合应用机械原理、机械设计、机械制图、机械制造工艺、机电传动控制、气动技术等专业理论知识,体验和实践运用理论知识解决实际工程问题,较为熟练的掌握了三维设计软件solidworks2010的使用,在此篇文章中,结合工厂实际和理论知识相结合的思路,完成了水泵测漏机的机械部分的设计。
通过这次设计,初步接触到了机械设计这个领域的知识和方法,为以后的工作奠定了坚实的基础。本次设计最重要的地方,对我个人的人生态度有了很大的影响,认识到了自己的不足之处,并努力在以后的生活中改正。

ABSTRACT:In the automotive industrial process pumps, air tightness test is a measure of whether the product is qualified for a very important indicator, is in the production process must be noted that one of the problems. For products to be "100% tested, 100% qualified. How to accurately and efficiently for product testing, automotive manufacturing industry must be considered, therefore, automobile water pump leak detector has become very important in the field a product that contains a leak machine design mechanical systems and electrical control of two parts, this article introduces the mechanical system parts.This paper describes the automobile water pump leak testing machine mechanical system architecture design knowledge. Design elements include: leak detection machine frame, pneumatic clamping mechanism, pneumatic schematics, water pump leak clamps, flanges rotary drive mechanism and marking institutions.For a water pump leak machine design, taking into account the requirements of low cost, high accuracy, ease of use and other factors. Therefore, how to design, how to design the subject selection is the most important. In the design process, integrated application mechanical principles, mechanical design, mechanical drawing, mechanical manufacturing processes, mechanical and electrical drive control, pneumatic technology, professional knowledge, experience and practical application of theoretical knowledge to solve practical engineering problems, the more skilled master of three-dimensional design software solidworks2010 used in this article, the combination of practical and theoretical knowledge of plants the idea of combining to complete the mechanical part of the pump leak detector design.Through this design, the initial contact to the mechanical design knowledge and methods in this area for future work to lay a solid foundation. The design of the most important place for my personal attitude towards life has been greatly affected, recognizing his own shortcomings, and efforts to correct in later life.

由于本次毕业设计课题结合于现实工厂生产实际,因此本课题研究的目的十分实际和突出。目的是将大学所学的理论知识与生产实际相结合,一套适合汽车发动机冷却水泵测漏机机械系统的设计,运用于实际生产活动中。
随着市场竞争日益剧烈,产品质量要求不断提高,气密检漏的应用也日益广泛。在发动机的制造中,气密性测试对保证产品的质量起着至关重要的作用,是控制发动机质量的一个重要指标。随着产业化进程的加快,对产品的品质要求越来越高,尤其在汽车、摩托车等消费类行业更为明显。而在气密性方面,要求产品做到“100%测试,100%合格”。为了赶上时代前进的步伐,提升我们的创造能力,因此有必要尝试相关系统的设计和研发,培养我们的设计研发意识,对于我们自身的发展和创造大国的形成都具有十分重大的意义。
液压传动是以液体作为工作介质来进行能量传递的一种传动形式,他通过能量转换装置(如液压泵),将原动机(如电动机)的机械能转变为液体的液压能,然后通过封闭管道、控制元件等,由另一个能量装置(如液压缸、液压马达)将液体的压力能转变为机械能,以驱动负载和实现执行机构所需的直线或旋转运动,当今液压传动被广泛应用。
