摘要:SMT是由混合集成电路技术发展而来的新一代电子装联技术,它采用元器件表面贴装技术和回流焊接技术工艺,成为电子产品制造中新一代的组装技术。印刷网板作为SMT(表面贴装技术)行业必备之基础用品!要求精度高、质量也越来越高。生产印刷网板目的在于将焊锡膏印刷在PCB上(印刷电路板),以便进行贴片和焊接(回流焊)工作。
本设计采用网片材料:SUS304为加工材料,通过CircuitCAM4.0软件设计、光刻机加工工艺、后处理工艺、印刷机、贴片后过回流炉等条件,完成对印刷网板的设计。主要工作是开孔形状的调整解决“立碑”问题,局部网片厚度调整解决空焊、连焊问题。通过合理的设计解决穿孔零件过回流焊的工艺键点,并使用激光机进行切割。并对SMT生产流水线有一定的了解,培养产品合格的判定能力;还必须根据不同产品的特点设计出合理有效的印刷网板。

The production of screen to solder paste printing on PCB (printed circuit board), in order to patch and welding (reflow) work.
This design uses a mesh material: SUS304 for the processing of materials, through the CircuitCAM4.0 software design, lithography processing technology, processing, printing machine, patch after reflow ovens conditions, complete the design of the printing screen. The main work is the hole shape adjustment to solve the "as-built" problem, the local mesh thickness adjustment to solve air welding, soldering problem. To solve the perforation part reflow process key point through reasonable design, and the use of laser cutting machine。And have a certain understanding of SMT production line, culture of judgment of qualified products; also must according to the different characteristics of product design reasonable and effective print screen.
