摘要：随着计算机的发展，越来越多的行业实现了管理的信息化和自动化，医务行业也不例外。在很多医院中，挂号作为医院工作中最重要的一个环节还没有完全实现信息化管理，因此本系统选择医院预约挂号为研究对象，以实现网上预约挂号为目标，缓解医院现场挂号难问题，提高医院工作效率。

　　　本论文详细地阐述了医院门诊预约系统的设计、开发和实施过程。设计采用PHP和MySQL为开发工具，并结合软件工程的设计思想，以B/S为模式设计了医院预约挂号系统，实现了患者的预约、查询以及管理员对预约信息的管理等功能。

　　　医院预约挂号系统有着很好的应用前景，用它来代替医院现场挂号，实现患者看病挂号网络化是一个必然趋势。随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展，它的功能将会得到不断的发展和完善。

Abstract：With the development of the computer, more and more industries realize the management of information and automation, the medical industry is no exception. In many hospitals, registered as the most important aspect of hospital information management not yet fully realized, so this system choose hospital appointment as the research object, in order to make an appointment online for the target , ease the difficult problem of  hospital site registration， improve the efficiency of hospital.

　　　The thesis elaborates the design, development and implementation process of Hospital Outpatient  Appointment System detailed.The design uses PHP and MySQL development tools, combined with software engineering design ideas, the hospital appointment registration system is designed on the base of  B / S mode， achieves  the patient's appointment, queries, and administrators reservation information management functions.

　　　Hospital appointment registration system has a good prospect of application. It’s an inevitable trend that use it to replace the hospital on-site registration and patients see a doctor registered network. With the development of computer technology and network technology, its function will be constantly development and improvement.
