摘要：随着信息化的加快，人们越来越向信息化、数字化发展。高校教务管理工作是高等教育中一个重要的环节,是整个院校管理的核心和基础。教师工作量统计系统是一个由人、计算机等组成的能进行信息的收集、传递、储存、加工、维护和使用的系统，从而能代替过去大量、繁杂的手工操作。对于一所学校来说，如何利用计算机计算所有教师工作量？如何消除因人工计算所产生的统计结果错误百出？设计出教师工作量统计系统就是一个很好的解决方法。

　　　本文分析了目前对于教师工作量缺乏的数字资源管理系统的现状，研究了教师工作量统计所需要的功能模块，借鉴和综合了许多关于信息管理系统的图书资料，提出了一套系统的开发方案，实现了对教师工作量进行有效的统计，重点实现了对教师工作量的计算统计工作。

　　　教师工作量统计系统主要完成多功能查询和计算教师所获工作量，从而能准确迅速的完成与教学工作量有关的统计工作，解决计算方法复杂、工作效率低的问题。

　　　本系统基于B/S模式，采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为开发工具，SQL Server2000作为后台数据库平台的管理系统。本系统经过测试，运行稳定，已得到认可。

　　　虽然本系统实现预设设计的基本功能，但还有进一步完善，希冀能够在不同地域，以不同身份进行系统的访问，实现系统数据共享与安全。系统应该有良好的可移植性和扩展性。

Educational administration is an important link and the entire management of the core institutions and infrastructure in higher of education .Teachers' workload statistics system, computer, etc. can be composed of information collection, transmission, storage, processing, maintenance and use of the system, which can replace the past a lot of complicated manual. For a school, how to use the computer to calculate all the workload of teachers? How to eliminate the mistakes of the manual calculation of the statistical results? The design of the teachers' workload statistics system is a good solution.
