摘要：随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展，计算机网络已经延伸到人们的生活的各个领域，给人们的生活和工作带来了极大的方便，足不出门也能完成很多的事情。在这个计算机网络高速智能化发展的时代，出现了各种计算机网络技术，而在这其中，ASP.NET技术备受青睐，成为当前相当热门的网络开发技术。

　　　本论文主要就是讲了一个基于网络的系统——网上报名系统的设计和实现。网上报名系统的实现，是报名的一种新方式，在当今这个社会很受青睐，对于报名这件事的局限性降低，报考人员受距离或时间给自己带来的困恼大大减少。本论文主要介绍了系统开发的前期准备到系统基本组成的设计思想和功能的基本实现，主要功能包括网上注册报名、打印信息、查询成绩、查看报名信息等，因此设计一个网上报名系统是十分必要的。

　　　本系统在分析现有报名系统的基础上设计和开发实现了该基于B/S模式的等级考试报名系统。本系统在window  XP 上进行开发， 所用的主要开发工具是Visual Studio 2010 集成开发环境，后台数据库是采用安全性较高的SQL Server 2005，使系统的安全性有了较好的保障。

　　　本系统最终是要实现网上报名，包括注册、报名、缴费等总体报名步骤，随之的功能有成绩查询、打印准考证等功能，但是还存在一些不完善的地方，如无法批量上传成绩单，内容比较简单一点，界面单调一点，在以后的过程中进行完善。

ABSTRACT：Along with the computer and the network technology rapid development, the computer network has extended to the people lives in various fields, to the people's life and work has brought great convenience, keep indoors can accomplish many things. In the computer network high speed intelligent development period, there appeared a variety of computer network technology, the technology of ASP.NET, popular, has become quite popular web development technology.

    This thesis is mainly about a web-based system -- online registration system design and implementation. Online registration system, is a new way of registration, in today's society is very popular, to sign up for this thing limitations reduced by distance or time, registers for the personnel to bring their own operations greatly reduced. This paper mainly introduced the system development the preparation to the system composed of basic design idea and function to achieve the basic, including the main functions of online registration, printing information, query results, see registration information, therefore the design of a online registration system is very necessary.

    This system after analyzing the existing registration system based on the design and development of the realization of the B/S model based on the grade test registration system. The system in the window XP on the development, the main development tool is Visual Studio 2010 integrated development environment, the backstage database is a high security SQL Server 2005, the safety of the system has a good security.

　　　 The system is to realize the online registration, including registration, registration, payment and other general registration step, then the function score query, print standard textual criticism and other functions, but also has some imperfect place, can bulk upload transcripts, content is relatively simple, the interface a bit monotonous, later in the process of perfect.
