摘要:本文详细介绍了环境影响评价的概念、由来等基本方面。并以某某污水处理厂建设工程项目为例，进行了环境影响评价。

　　　环境影响评价是指对规划和建设项目实施后可能造成的环境影响进行分析、预测和评估，提出预防或者减轻不良环境影响的对策和措施，进行跟踪监测的方法与制度。实施环境影响评价制度可以减少重复建设杜绝新污染的产生，对开发的项目可能带来的环境问题提出了超前预防对策和措施，强化了建设项目的环境管理。

　　　本文先对环境影响评价的概念、由来、划分、基本原则、重要性以及我国环境影响评价的发展与环境标准体系等做了详细的介绍。并特别介绍了建设项目环境影响评价的概念、特点、基本工作内容等等。

　　　在以某某污水处理厂建设工程项目为例，进行环境影响评价的时候，阐述了评价项目的由来、评价目的及评价工作原则、编制依据、评价标准等，并对拟建项目进行了工程分析，提出了污染防治措施。

　　经过分析，得出某污水处理厂建设工程项目可行的结论。

Abstract:This paper introduces the concept of environmental impact assessment, and the basic aspects of the origin. And carried out an environmental impact assessment on a sewage treatment plant’s construction projects, for example.

　　　Environmental impact assessment refers to the planning and implementation of construction projects the likely environmental impact analysis, forecasting and assessment, proposed to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts policies and measures for tracking and monitoring methods and systems.Implementation of environmental impact assessment system to reduce duplication to eliminate the production of new pollution, the development of the project is likely to bring environmental issues ahead of preventive measures and proposed measures to strengthen the environmental management of construction projects.

　　　The article focuses on the concept of environmental impact assessment, origin, classification, basic principles, importance and development of environmental impact assessment and environmental standards.  Particularly it introduce the concept, characteristics, basic work content and so on of environmental impact assessment construction project.

　　　After analysis, the construction of a sewage treatment plant project conclusions feasible.

　　　某经济开发区污水处理厂总设计处理能力为8万吨/天。其中一期一阶段为2万吨/天，于2001年底正式投入运营，一期阶段为2万吨/天，于2003年底投入运营。

　　　随着污水收集系统的完善，开发区的建设以及开发区工业类型的形成，自2005年开始，接入开发区污水处理厂的污水开始变浓，已经达到甚至在个别时段超过污水处理厂的设计水质。实测水质与原设计水质接近，污水处理厂的运行日趋正常。

　　　随着该经济开发区的范围进一步扩大，根据开发区的总体规划，所有废水均进入污水处理厂处理达标后排放。因此，进入该污水处理厂的工业废水和生活污水量日益增加，为了满足开发区发展的需要，同时使经济效益，社会效益以及环境效益协调发展，实现可持续发展的战略规划，该污水处理厂的扩建项目已破在眉睫。
