摘要:本文研究了薄荷提取液和改性粘土对休眠期的铜绿微囊藻的抑制作用,考察了不同浓度的薄荷提取液和改性粘土对铜绿微囊藻的生长及叶绿素荧光参数(Fm、NPQ、Qp、OJIP)的影响。结果表明,薄荷提取液和改性粘土对对铜绿微囊藻的生理生长具有一定的胁迫作用,且影响程度随着浓度的增加而增强,藻细胞的Fm、Fv/Fm、Qp、NPQ值明显降低,抑制其光合作用的正常进行。

Abstract:The impacts of mint extract and modified-clay on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa were studied. Effects of the different concentrations of mint extract and modified-clay on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fm、Qp、NPQ)of Microcystis aeruginosawere was invsetigated. The results showed that the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was inhibited dramatically with the increasing of the concentration mint extract and modified-clay. chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fm, Qp, NPQ values were significantly reduced. The photosynthesis action of the algae cells is inhibited obviously.

(1)薄荷提取物和改性粘土对休眠期铜绿微囊藻有明显的抑制作用,在该藻的生理生长产生一定的胁迫作用,藻细胞的光能捕获效率、光化学能转化效率和电子传递量都有所下降,藻细胞光合作用受到抑制。
(2)改性粘土中改性剂浓度的高低与改性粘土对藻的生长和生理特性产生的抑制作用有关。但浓度达到一定值后(15g/L),浓度继续增大对该藻的抑制作用不再增加。
(3)当达到同样的抑制效果时(大于90%),所需的改性粘土中改性剂的浓度(15g/L)比薄荷提取液的浓度(20g/L)低,因此改性粘土处理铜绿微囊藻比利用化感作用处理更为合适。
