摘要:知识经济时代的到来和网络技术的发展给我国酒店业带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,积极实施网络营销已经成为酒店业拓展市场的重要手段。随着计算机网络技术的日益成熟和广泛应用,酒店将如何顺应全球信息经济的发展浪潮,成为当今酒店业的重要课题,本文主要论述酒店网络营销的意义、开展酒店网络营销的优势所在及目前存在的问题以及对策。

Abstract:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the development of network technology to the hotels in China has brought an unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and actively implementing network marketing has become an important means of hotel industry to expand the market. 随着世界经济的快速增长与人类交往的日益频繁,酒店业已成为我国最具活力和潜力的新兴产业之一。我国只有从经营战略的高度去审视我国酒店业开展网络营销对其未来发展的重要性和必要性,深刻认识我国酒店业网络营销中存在的一些问题,并采取诸如加强网络营销意识、为顾客提供个性化服务、进一步优化酒店营销网站以及确保网络安全这一类的相应措施,我国酒店业才可能尽快与国际酒店业接轨,实现健康而又可持续的发展。
