摘要:随着社会的不断进步,社会生活和工作节奏的不断加快,越来越多的用工单位对本公司的员工提出了更高的要求。然而作为刚从学校毕业的毕业生而言,在这段学校生活与工作生活相过渡的时间内,企业对他们的要求会给他们造成一定的压力。同时当代大学生是否能够顺利就业,实现其价值,已经成为我国落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会过程中的重大问题。大学生进入求职的过程就是进入劳动力市场寻求与自身相匹配的职位的过程,我国现阶段在高校“扩招”形式下出现的大学生就职“难”的问题,并不是指最终大学生会找不到工作,而是更多的倾向于,在长时间无法找到与自身相适应的工作后导致的一系列心理压力的增大。对工作压力的研究表明,大约50%—80%的人体疾病都属于心理躯体疾病或是与压力有关的疾病。工作压力对企业员工的健康带来比以往更大的威胁,从而也破坏了组织的健康程度。过高的工作压力对组织的影响也是消极的。因此,本文针对这一现象采用实证调查的方法,使用了专业统计工具SPSS软件对此现状进行了调查与分析。研究结果表明:(1)不同的性别对毕业生在就职初期的压力有一定的影响;(2)户口性质的不同对毕业生在就职初期的压力有一定的影响;(3)毕业时间的不同对毕业生在就职初期的压力有一定的影响;(4)专业性质的不同对毕业生在就职初期的压力也有一定的影响。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the society and the swiftness of social life and tempo of work, more and more employers set higher requirement on their staff. However, in terms of the current graduates, during the transition between campus life and work life, the requirements from the enterprises will contribute to certain pressure.Meanwhile, whether the current graduates can successfully find job, fulfill their value has become an essential problem during the implementation of the concept of Scientific Development and the Construction of Harmonious Society of the central government. The process of job-hopping equals the process of picking up the desired occupation in the labour market. Concurrently, the inauguration difficult posed by the College Expansion Plan, not refers to the graduate cannot find job but the psychological pressure resulted from finding no suitable job for a long period of time. According to the study of work pressure, around 50% to 80% of human disease belongs to mental body disease or other disease related to work pressure. Work stress poses greater threats to the staff's health, which, consequently, sabotages the health of the organization. High stress at work also leaves a negative impact on the enterprises.As a result, based on this phenomenon, the writer carries out surveys and analysis by the aid of empirical investigation and professional statistical tools, SPSS software.The results show that: (1) Different gender of the graduates have a certain influence on the pressure early in his inaugural;(2) Different accounts of the nature of the graduates in the inaugural initial pressure have a certain impact;(3) Different graduation time of the graduates have a certain influence on the pressure early in his inaugural;(4) The professional nature of graduates in the inaugural initial pressure also have a certain impact.
