摘要:现代社会企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,培养出优秀的人才才能帮助企业获得更多的利益,加强企业员工培训成为必然,然而传统的培训方式已经不能满足企业培训的需要。因此开展快速有效并且成本适当的学习和培训,成为企业发展中一项重要任务。在这样的背景下,不受时间、地域限制的E-learning学习方式受到越来越多企业的关注,并被积极地引入到企业员工的培训中。本文结合E-learning在我国企业员工培训中的应用现状,发现E-learning具备降低企业成本,跨越时空限制,利于知识资源的保存继承等优势,但在培训系统、培训组织和培训考核机制方面还存在着不足,最后针对E-learning在员工培训应用中出现的缺陷提出了切合企业发展选择培训平台,明确培训组织的职责并完善培训考核方案的对策和建议。

Abstract:The competition between the enterprises becomes more and more fierce; Cultivate excellent talents in order to help businesses get more benefits. To strengthen enterprise employee training becomes inevitable, however traditional training can't meet the needs of the enterprise training. Carrying out the rapid, efficient and appropriate learning and training has become an important task of the enterprises' growth. In this context, independent of time, geographical restrictions of E-learning gets more and more attention from enterprises, and is actively introduced to the enterprise staff training. In this paper, combining with the application status of E-learning in the training of employees in China, found that E-learning has inheritance advantages, such as reducing the cost, across space and time limit, beneficial to the knowledge of the preservation of resources, but also in terms of training systems, training organizations and training assessment mechanism there are inadequate for E-learning in staff training. Then put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to avoid them, such as cater for the development of enterprises select the training platform, clear the responsibilities of the training organization and perfect training evaluation scheme.
