摘要:随着现代化建设和政府宏观政策的影响,民营企业在我国得到了快速的发展,民营经济已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分。民营企业不断发展壮大对人才的需求越来越大,所以知识型员工已成为我国民营企业不可或缺的资源。招聘作为人力资源管理的关键环节,是连接企业与知识型员工的纽带,对组织的人力资源管理起着不可估量的作用,对民营企业更是如此。本文首先阐述了研究的背景以及国内外的研究现状;并且解释了民营企业知识型员工招聘的相关概念;然后对民营企业知识型员工招聘存在的问题和原因进行了分析和研究,进而针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。本研究在一定程度上能够加深民营企业对招聘知识型员工的重视程度,并对民营企业的可持续发展有一定的意义。

Abstract:With the modernization and the impact of the government's macroeconomic policy, private enterprise has been a rapid development in China. The private economy has become an important part of the national economy. Private enterprises continue to grow and develop the growing demand for talent, knowledge workers have become an indispensable resource of China's private enterprises. Recruitment as a key link in human resources management, is connected to the ties of the enterprises and knowledge workers, played an invaluable role of the organization's human resource management, to the private enterprise is even more so. This paper first describes the background and the status at home and abroad. And explain the related concepts of private enterprise knowledge workers recruitment. Then analysis and research the problems and reasons of private enterprises in a knowledge-based staff recruitment. Then propose the method to solve the question of private enterprises in a knowledge-based workers recruitment. In this study, to some extent, private enterprises will deepen the degree of attention to the recruitment of knowledge workers, and private enterprises for sustainable development has a certain significance.
