摘要：本文以大同市华林有限公司为背景，首先结合整个大的物流环境下分析了华林在配送网络方面存在的问题，然后通过对国内外的文献的综述，使用运筹学中最小费用最大流的相关理论来解决华林的配送网络问题，最后通过使用相关理论并结合华林的实际运输网络概况，求解出新的运输总费用，进而优化了华林的配送网络，减少配送成本，提高华林的物流经济效益和竞争力。

ABSTRACT:In this paper, Datong HUA LIN Limited CO. as the background, first of all, it   analyses HUA LIN’s distribution network problems under a large logistics environment, and then it obtains to use the minimum cost maximum flow theory to solve HUA LIN’s by the associated research of home and abroad distribution network problem, finally, the theory combines HUA LIN’s practical transportation network situation, solving a new total cost of transportation. Thereby, optimizes the HUA LIN’s distribution network, and reduces distribution costs and improves economic efficiency of the logistics and core competitiveness.
