摘要:顺丰物流公司自1993年成立以来,发展势头迅猛,业务收入仅次于国有快递企业--中国邮政EMS,已成为我国民营快递企业中的行业翘楚,并致力于打造“中国的联邦快递”。在市场定位上,由于高端市场存在较大空白,发展空间广阔,加之已经具备开发高端市场业务的能力,顺丰物流致力于开发高端市场业务。目前,市场外部的复杂环境以及企业内部的管理缺陷是顺丰物流急需面对并着力解决的问题。要想突破瓶颈,在高端市场业务上有所发展,就必须以差异化竞争优势为核心,避免陷入恶性低价竞争,提升服务质量,加强企业品牌形象建设,集成电子商务规模优势来应对外部环境;在内部管理上优化管理模式,发展电子商务物流,吸引高素质物流人才,加大技术设备投入。

Abstract:SF logistics company since its inception in 1993, the momentum of rapid development, business income only to state-owned courier companies - China Post EMS, has become China's private express delivery companies in the industry leaders, and is committed to build "China's FedEx." Positioning in the market, due to the high-end market, there is a big gap, broad space for development, coupled with the ability to develop high-end market has business, SF Logistics is committed to developing high-end markets. Currently, the market environment and the complexity of the external management deficiencies within the enterprise is an urgent need to face SF logistics and efforts to solve the problem. To break through the bottleneck, some development activities in the high-end market, it must be differentiated competitive advantage as the core, to avoid vicious price competition, improve service quality, strengthen brand building, integrated e-commerce advantages of scale to deal with the external environment ; in the internal management to optimize the management, the development of e-commerce, logistics, attract high-quality logistics personnel, increase investment in technical equipment.
