摘要：银联数据作为我国金融外包行业中的领先者，对其现有竞争力现状和提升的对策进行分析，对我国金融发展和防范金融风险有着积极的意义。银联数据目前市场份额稳步扩张，凭借着品牌、规模、低成本、优质的服务、强大的灾备、完善的管理等强势的竞争力，呈现出惊人的上升势头。而在大势扩张的背景下，仍有些问题显现端倪，比如数据化管理的不成熟，外包的风险积聚，缺乏弹性的目标制定以及国际业务上的弱势，都阻碍了公司规模的进一步扩大。要想解决这些问题，我认为需要公司付出相当大的精力，建立数据的整合机制来进行数据化管理；由内部和外部共同监管来减少外包业务的隐含风险；通过对销售人员及市场的持续跟踪来削弱目标制定的僵化；逐步发展海外代理以实现国际业务的开拓。我认为这些对策的实施能让银联数据公司稳固现有竞争力，并拥有更广阔的前景。

Abstract: Cupdata is the leader of China's financial outsourcing industry. This is of great significance to the existing competitive situation and enhance the risk significance of financial development and prevention of China on its countermeasure analysis.At present, Cupdata market share steadily expanding, with its competitive brands, scale, low cost, high quality service, strong backup, sound management, strong, showing a rising trend.But behind the trend of expansion of the background, there are still some problems come into view.For example, data management is not mature, the outsourcing risks, the lack of elasticity of goal setting and international business of the weak, have hindered the further expansion of the scale of the company.To solve these problems, I think that companies need to pay a considerable effort, establish the integration mechanism of data to data management; from the internal and external supervision to reduce the risk of hidden outsourcing; through continuous tracking of sales and market to weaken the goals of rigid; gradually develop overseas agents to achieve international business development. I think that the implementation of these measures can make the Cupdata maintain existing competitiveness, and has a broad prospect.
