摘要:很多企业过多的关注企业的绩效,实行了严格的绩效考评制度,忽略了员工的感受,导致企业发展滞缓。员工满意程度越来越对一个企业的发展起到了不可忽视的作用。在企业发展中只有协调好绩效考评制度和员工的满意度才能促使企业得到长足的发展。绩效考评制度影响员工满意度,而员工满意度反过来又对绩效有深远的影响。文章从员工满意度和绩效考评制度的理论出发,以北京博赛德科技有限公司为例,分析该企业的绩效考评制度和员工满意度的内涵及二者之间的关系。通过发现其中的关系以及存在的问题对北京博赛德科技有限公司员工满意度和绩效考评的现状,从宏观和微观两个角度分析探索其根本的原因,针对问题给出解决办法,为该企业管理者提供解决方案和建议。
