摘要：融通仓作为一种物流和金融的集成式创新服务，其运作模式多种多样。本文通过对融通仓运作模式的研究，分析了现阶段我国商业银行开展融通仓业务的风险与及风险管理策略，总结出融通仓业务的开展对其具有良好的作用,银行开展融通仓业务成为必要。

Abstract: Financing Warehouse as a logistics and financial integration of innovative services, it has a variety of mode of operations. This thesis analysis the risks and the risk management strategies of carrying out the Financing Warehouse business through Researching its mode of operation.And concludes that carrying out the Financing Warehouse business has a well role for the banks, it also comes to be necessary for the banks.
