摘要：现代中小型企业的发展离不开金融的支持，而物流金融及供应链金融作为一种新兴的金融创新产品，在国外早已兴起。国内的四大国有商业银行和股份制银行也开始尝试开展物流金融和供应链金融业务，但是普遍业务品种比较单一、服务程度不高，还需要进一步加强对物流金融业务和供应链金融的创新。

　　本文从物流金融和供应链金融的基本理论出发，利用比较分析的方法，结合两者的特点，分析了物流金融和供应链金融的相同点与不同点。从而确定比较出来的结果并提出学术建议，为物流金融和供应链金融的下一步指明了方向。

Abstract: Modern small and medium enterprises can not develop without the support of financial, logistics and financial services and supply chain finance as a new financial innovation, has long been the rise in foreign countries. The four state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock banks have begun to try to carry out the logistics and financial business, but the common varieties of business is relatively simple, the service level is not high, but also the need to further strengthen the innovation on the logistics financial services and supply chain finance.

    Starting from the basic theory of the flow of financial and supply chain finance, comparative analysis, combined with the characteristics of both the same and different points of logistics finance and supply chain finance. Compare the results in order to determine and recommend academic, pointed out the direction for the next step in the logistics finance and supply chain finance.
