[摘要]根据江苏省中小型企业物流的特点，从资源优化理论出发，提出了建立基于供应链的中小型企业物流系统运行模式的基本思想，提出以物流中心为核心，不同领域，不同业务的不同运作模式相结合的运作系统，使业务流程各节点有效衔接，以期为我国中小型企业物流系统的构建提供新的研究视点。

[Abstract]: according to the characteristics of China's small and medium-sized enterprise logistics, from the resource optimization theory, proposed the establishment based on the supply chain operation model of small and medium-sized enterprise logistics system, the logistics center as the core, different areas, different operation modes of business operation system of different combination, make the business process of each node effectively, in order to provide a new viewpoint for the study of the construction of logistics system of small and medium-sized enterprises in china.
