摘 要:改革开放三十多年来，民营企业获得飞快的发展，民营经济在我国经济发展战略中的地位日益重要，作为民营企业之主的民营企业家的作用也凸现出来。但是在发展过程中，民营企业家的素质存在很多问题，让人担忧。当前，面对严峻的金融危机和欧债危机，加上日益激烈的市场竞争，民营企业的生存和发展面临更大的挑战，因此提升民营企业家自身素质具有重要的现实意义。本文在研究了民营企业和民营企业家背景的基础上，讨论了民营企业家的素质现状，以及对民营企业家素质存在问题的形成原因进行了分析，并对如何提高民营企业家的素质提出了对策，最后对本文研究的不足进行了总结，并对民营企业和民营企业家未来的发展做出了展望。

Abstract:The private enterprises have a rapid development since three decades of reform and opening up.The private economy is playing an increasingly important role in China's economic development strategy.As the owners of private enterprises, private entrepreneurs make great contribution.But when it come to the quality of private entrepreneurs ,there are a lot of problems,which make us worried. Facing the financial crisis, European debt crisis and much fiercer market competition.There are many more  greater challenge in the survival and development of private enterprises .So the quality of private entrepreneurs must be improved.Based on the study of the background of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs, the article discusses the current quality of private entrepreneurs, as well as causes of the problems in the quality of private entrepreneurs are analyzed.Besides the article putSforward suggestions on how to improve the quality of the private entrepreneurs. Finally the limitations of the study are summarized, and an outlook for the future development of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs are made.
