摘 要:改革开放以来,我国社会主义市场经济日益发展,形成了以公有制为基础,多种所有制经济共同发展的局面。非公有制经济中,民营企业是重要组成部分,但是根据不完全统计,在民营企业中,有十分之九的企业为家族企业。随着经济的不断发展,企业规模扩大,外部竞争也愈来愈激烈,家族式的管理模式也成为了大部分家族企业发展的瓶颈。生命周期短,管理制度不完善,专业人才的缺失,产权界定模糊等弊端日益暴露出来。随着人们对家族企业的研究,打破家族式固有的发展管理模式,引进人才职业经理人,拓宽融资渠道,重视信用制度的建设等方式,是解决家族企业面临的现实问题的主要途径。家族企业只有重视和解决好发展过程中遇到的问题,不断创新,与时俱变,才能逐渐发展,越发强大。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening up,socialist market economy is growing,forming the situation that the economy develop on the basis of public ownership, together with a variety of ownership economy. The private enterprise is an important part of the public sector of the economy. However, according to incomplete statistics,there are 90% of the private enterprises are family businesses.With the continuous development of economy, the enterprise scaling up and the fierce external competition,family-based management model has become the bottleneck of family enterprises’ development.The disadvantages like short life cycle,unperfect management system,lack of professional talents,defined property rights have increasingly exposed.Throughout the research of family business,there are some methods to solve the problem.For example,break the family-owned inherent development and management model, introducing talent professional managers, broadening the financing channels, and attaching great importance to the construction of credit system.Only the family enterprises solve the problems meeting in the development process,keeping innovation and evolved over time,can they develop continuously and become more powerful.
