摘 要:随着我国经济不断发展,跨文化沟通和交流的增多,传统的秘书已不适应社会需求。笔者认为,通用型秘书已成为现代秘书发展的一大趋势。新特点对秘书人员提出了新要求,促使现代秘书人员必须在一种激烈的竞争中不断学习。为此,发展通用型秘书教育,培养现代秘书人才已成为当务之急。本文第一章试对通用型秘书的基本涵义进行表述,通过与传统秘书的对比突出现代通用型秘书工作效率更高、涉及领域更广、能力结构要求更高、辅佐意识更强的特点。第二章对通用型秘书高校课堂培养和职后教育方向两方面存在问题进行一系列剖析,第三章主要对存在的问题提出培养发展策略,包括从自身、教学结构与企业培养角度探讨问题如何解决,以期促进文秘专业进一步发展,有针对性地培养出更多德才兼备、一专多能的高素质秘书。

Abstract: With the development of China's economy, cross cultural communication and exchanges increased, traditional secretary is not fit to the social needs. I believe that Universal secretary has become a major trend in the development of modern secretary. New features ask secretarial to do new requirements, secretarial staff must keep on learning in a fierce competition. To development the general-purpose secretary of education and train modern secretary talent has become a top priority. The first chapter of this article tries to explan the meaning of general-purpose secretary, by contrast with traditional Secretary, modern general secretary work more efficient、relating to the wider field、higher ability structure and more features. The second chapter analysis the college class culture and vocational education, the third chapter mainly put forward to the existing problem development strategies, including from oneself, teaching structure and enterprise training, in order to promote the further development of secretary specialty, targeted training more the high quality secretary have both ability and political integrity.
