摘要:随着中国的发展,经济的快速提高,我国的就业岗位同样在日益增长。同时人民的教育观念的更新,使得高等教育越来越被重视,每年的大学生也在日益增长。但是同时带来的问题就是大学生就业困难的问题,这正是由于当代大学生就业价值观的引导作用。就业价值观是指人们在就业过程中认识评价事物和现象的内在标准。价值观对个人的思想和行为具有一定的导向和调节作用,它使个体的行为带有一定的倾向性。在新形势下,大学生的就业问题引起了全社会的广泛关注,就此我们对当前大学生的就业价值观进行了调查和分析,了解大学生在就业时的价值取向,以解决大学生就业中的实际问题。本研究课题以问卷调查的方式得出具体数据,最后加以总结整理。揭示出当代大学生就业的多样化选择,从中归纳出大学生的价值观和提出建议。并将结论运用于实践中,使得本课题具有一定的可行性。

ABSTRACT:With the development of China's rapid economic improvement in our jobs equally growing. Meanwhile the people's education of mind, making higher education more and more attention, students are growing every year. But the problem is that college students while bringing employment problems, this is because the values of contemporary college students employment guiding role. Employment Values refers to people in the course of employment, recognized evaluation standards inherent in things and phenomena. Values, thoughts and behaviors of individuals with a certain orientation and regulation, it makes the individual acts with a certain bias. Under the new situation, the employment of university students has aroused widespread concern in society as a whole, thus we have the values of the current employment of university students conducted a survey and analysis to understand the value of college orientation in employment, employment of university students in order to solve practical problems. The research results in questionnaires specific data, and finally to summarize finishing. Reveals the diversity of contemporary college students employment options, from the inductive students values and make recommendations. And conclusions into practice, making this project is feasible.
