摘要:法律规避是国际私法中的一个古老的制度，在国际私法领域内，法律规避现象不时发生，冲击着各国法律。而伴随着国际民商事交往的日益频繁，到现在法律规避现象已经渗透到国际私法的各个领域。各国由于经济、政治、文化、历史传统的不同，导致立法存在很大差异。本文通过对国际私法中的法律规避制度概念由来的概述，对法律规避效力以及价值等问题的分析，阐述了法律规避制度存在的价值，并针对我国在法律规避制度存在问题提出相应的修改完善建议。

Abstract:Legal circumvent (evasion of law) is a private international law in the old system. In the field of private international law, legal evasion phenomenon occurred from time to time, the impact on the dignity of national laws.
