摘要:20世纪50年代,AVG、柔性制造系统、PLC相继出现。目前,PLC以其可靠性高、适应能力强、灵活通用、使用方便、维护简单的特点,在很多方面,已经得到广泛的使用;AVG由于具有行动快捷、工作效率高、结构简单、可控性强、安全性好等优势,已经成为生产物流系统中最大的专业分支之一;柔性制造系统有设备利用率高、在制品减少80%左右、生产能力相对稳定、产品质量高、运行灵活、产品应变能力大等特点,也逐渐受到人们的关注。
本文基于PLC程序设计,利用工业组态将AVG、PLC和柔性制造系统相结合,实现物料的运输、搬运、分辨颜色、分装的功,实现了自动生产。

Abstract:50 years of the 20th century, AVG, flexible manufacturing systems, PLC has emerged. Currently, PLC for its high reliability, adaptability, flexibility universal, easy to use and simple maintenance features, in many respects, has been widely used; AVG With fast action, high efficiency, simple structure, controllability Strong, good security and other advantages, has become the production logistics system, one of the largest professional branches; flexible manufacturing system with high capacity utilization, reduction of 80% of the products, production capacity is relatively stable, high product quality, operational flexibility, product adaptability and other characteristics, also came attention. Based on PLC programming, use of industrial configuration to AVG, PLC, and the combination of flexible manufacturing systems to achieve material transport, handling, distinguish colors, packed the power to achieve the automatic production.

柔性制造系统将微电子学、计算机和系统工程等技术有机地结合起来,理想和圆满地解决了机械制造高自动化与高柔性化之间的矛盾。由于柔性制造系统具有:设备利用率高、在制品减少80%左右、生产能力相对稳定、产品质量高、运行灵活、产品应变能力大等有点,所以它将逐渐向与计算机辅助设计扣辅助制造系统相结合,利用原有产品系列的典型工艺资料,组合设计不同模块,构成各种不同形式的具有物料流和信息流的模块化柔性系统和实现从产品决策、产品设计、生产到销售的整个生产过程自动化,特别是管理层次自动化的计算机集成制造系统发展。
