摘 要:随着电气、电子技术的发展及控制手段的进步,特别是以pc机为工控设备的应用,运动控制系统的现实应用越来越多。光学调焦技术在生活中的应用也越来越频繁。
本文以“基于运动控制卡的光学调焦系统软件系统设计”为题,采用以PCI运动控制卡为基础,搭建了硬件调试平台及硬件电路图,并详细设计了MFC运动控制软件。硬件部分主要包括pc机、运动控制卡、驱动器、步进电机,本文主要对运动控制卡做了设计。
软件部分使用MFC设计软件,利用研华公司提供的运动控制卡的动态链接库,进行扩展设计。并在程序设计时充分考虑了系统遭遇断电、重启等突发事件时对重要信息的有效保存。本文提供了使用MFC编写控制软件并提供了源代码。

ABSTRACT:With the development of electrical, electronic and control measures of technology progress, especially in the PC as application of industrial control equipment, more and more practical application of motion control system. Application of optical focusing technique in life more and more frequently.
This paper is titled as "the optical focusing system software design based on the movement control card", based on the PCI motion control card as the foundation, to build the hardware platform and draw the hardware circuit diagram, and the detailed design of the MFC motion control software. The hardware mainly includes the PC, motion control card, driver, stepper motor, this paper focuses on the design of motion control card.
Software components use MFC design software, dynamic link library using Advantech company provides motion control card, expansion design. And the program designed to take full account of the system without power, restart the unexpected events such as effective preservation of important information. This paper provides the use of MFC programming the control software and provide the source code.
