摘 要:在世界各国竞相发展绿色可再生能源的今天,太阳能凭其独特的优点,受到了一致青睐,在太阳能的各种应用中,光伏应用倍受关注。随着光伏组件价格的不断降低和光伏技术的发展,太阳能光伏发电系统将逐渐由现在的补充能源向替代能源过渡。独立发电系统和并网发电系统将成为光伏应用的主流,逆变技术是其中的核心技术之一。本课题针对并网逆变原理及并网逆变控制策略的特殊技术要求,主要设计光伏逆变器的硬件设计和研究新型的控制策略。
本文首先分析了光伏发电系统的组成,介绍了并网发电型的特点。详细阐述了发电系统中蓄电池充电器的设计,并且对常用的几种MPPT控制技术的原理进行了介绍和比较。
重点是对单相光伏发电并网逆变器的软硬件设计,制作了一个模拟样本。该样本采用Microchip公司的PIC16F73芯片控制,仿真了产生PWM波的过程,并给出了程序。

ABSTRACT:In countries all over the world compete to develop green renewable energy, solar energy with its unique advantages, has received the consistent favour, in the various applications of solar energy, photovoltaic (pv) application is concerned. With photovoltaic component prices falling and the development of photovoltaic technology, solar photovoltaic power generation system will be gradually by the additional energy to make the transition to alternative energy now. Independent power generation system and the application will become the mainstream of photovoltaic (pv) grid power system, inverter technology is one of the core technology. This topic in view of the grid inverter principle and special technical requirements of the grid inverter control strategy, the main design of photovoltaic inverter hardware design and research the new control strategy.
This paper first analyzes the composition of photovoltaic power generation system, introduces the characteristics of the grid type. In this paper, the battery charger design, power system and the principle of several commonly used MPPT control technology are introduced and compared.
Focus is on software and hardware design of single-phase grid-connected photovoltaic inverter, made a simulation sample. The sample is controlled by Microchip company PIC16F73 chip, simulating the process of producing PWM wave, and the program is given.
