摘要:在电力系统发生的故障中,输电线路的故障占了不少,因此提高输电线路运行的可靠性对于保证电力系统稳定运行有着重大意义。根据以前的电力系统运行经验可知输电线路故障绝大多数是瞬时性的,那么此时如果能够把断开的线路重新合上,线路就能够恢复正常供电。为此在电力系统中采用了自动重合闸装置,在断路器跳开以后,该装置能够将其重新合上。但是,传统的自动重合闸在使用过程中存在着许多问题,传统的自动重合闸装置动作级数多,触点工作不可靠,经常发生拒动或者误动。这里可以利用可编程控制器(简称PLC)所具有的优点,通过硬件设计和软件编程实现基于PLC的自动重合闸,该种自动重合闸抗干扰能力较强,具有很好的稳定性。

Abstract:Fault in power system, are mostly fault in transmission line, so how to improve the reliability of transmission line work, has become one of the important tasks in electric power system. That run by the experience of power system in the past, the overhead line fault is transient, so at this time if the broken line to close automatically, the power supply will be able to return to normal, reduce outage brought great loss. The automatic reclosing device in power system, when the circuit breaker tripping, the device can be re-closing. However, there exist many problems in the automatic reclosing of the traditional use of the process, the automatic reclosing device action most of the traditional contact adhesion, unreliable factors, often happen mis-operation or mal-operation. So we can use the improved PLC programmable controller to the traditional automatic reclosing, through a series of hardware design and software programming of automatic reclosing based on PLC, the automatic reclosing of strong anti-interference ability, reliable stability.
