摘 要:玻璃清洗是玻璃生产线里面的一项必要的工业程序。在企业生产玻璃的过程中为了要大大的提高生产的效率,大多数企业都选择了自动玻璃清洗机来对玻璃进行清洗。玻璃清洗主要是要达到去除玻璃表面的油、灰尘以及清洗完毕保持玻璃表面干燥的目的。本课程就是根据这一要求进行设计,实现了玻璃从上片到清洗再到干燥的自动流水线作业,充分利用了PLC的优势,使得玻璃的清洗过程可控性,可靠性都大大加强,提高了玻璃生产的效率,从而提高了经济效益。PLC的自带串行接口也很方便电脑的连接和控制,能够简便的与电脑组成测控系统,使得系统的操作和维修更加简便、快捷。
本设计就是运用了PLC的来控制玻璃的清洗过程,实现了玻璃清洗机从上片、清洗、干燥、翻转到送入下一道工序的全过程。充分利用PLC的优势,使得整个控制过程逻辑清晰,操作简单明朗,大大的提高了玻璃生产的效率,为玻璃生产工业带来了经济效益,而且整个清洗系统性能良好、动作简便灵活、操作方便快捷、维护简单方便,满足了玻璃生产工序的需要。

ABSTRACT:Cleaning glass is the glass production line inside a necessary industrial application. In the process of enterprise production glass in order to greatly improve the efficiency of production, most companies choose the automatic glass cleaning machine to clean glass. Glass cleaning is to remove oil and dust on the surface of the glass and keep the purpose of the glass surface drying is clean. This course is according to the requirements for design, realized the glass from top to wash and dry automatic assembly line homework, make full use of the advantage of PLC, make glass cleaning process controllability and reliability are greatly strengthened, improve the efficiency of the glass production and the economic benefit. PLC with serial interface is also very convenient connection and computer control, can easy with a computer measurement and control system, operation and maintenance of the system more simple and fast.
This design is the use of PLC to control the cleaning process of glass, implements the glass cleaning machine from the top piece, cleaning, drying, flip to the whole process into the next procedure. Make full use of the advantage of PLC, make the whole process of control logic is clear, simple operation, greatly improved the efficiency of the glass production, for the glass production industry has brought economic benefits, and the cleaning system performance good, easy and flexible to action, operation is convenient and quick, simple and convenient maintenance, meet the needs of the glass production process.
