摘 要:火力发电是我国发电行业的主力军,在我国经济发展中占有重要的地位。输煤系统是火力发电厂的一个重要组成部分,但是输煤系统的范围大,现场坏境十分恶劣。利用传统的输煤系统不仅会极大地损害工人的身体健康,而且在输煤控制系统中,经常会有皮带跑偏、皮带撕裂、犁煤器误动等故障,从而不能把燃煤准时地送到指定煤仓,这样就会大大降低火电厂的发电效率。随着发电厂规模和机主容量的日越扩大,火电厂对燃煤的需求量也大大提高,所以,传统的输煤系统己经无法满足现在火电厂的生产需要。
本文基于日本三菱的FX2N系列PLC,设计了某火力发电厂输煤控制系统。主要设计的是卸煤与配煤和上煤这三大部分的程序,其中卸煤部分的控制中包括起动、停止、紧急停止和故障停止四个部分。上煤部分的程序本设计选择用步进指令编程,各设备间都设有安全的连锁保护控制功能。通过本次设计的模拟运行,可以为输煤系统在实际应用中提供一定的理论依据。

ABSTRACT:The thermal power is the main force of China's power industry occupies an important position in China's economic development. The coal handling system is an important part of the coal-fired power plants, coal handling systtm, the site bad environment is very bad. The use of traditional coal handling system will not only greatly damage the health of workers, but also the the conveyer control systems, there is often a belt deviation belt tear, the coal plow malfunction, such as failure, and thus can not punctual coal-fired to the designated coal bunker, which would greatly reduce the power generation efficiency of thermal power plants. Thermal power plant coal demand is also greatly improved, with more to expand the scale of power plants and the main day of capacity, the In traditional coal handling system has been unable to meet the production needs of the thermal power plant.
This article is based on Mitsubishi FX2N Series PLC design of a thermal power plant coal handling control system. Designed primarily coal unloading and coal blending and coal on the three parts of the program, which the coal unloading part of the control including start, stop, emergency stop and failure to stop four parts. Coal part of the process of the design choices the programming step instructions, each device has a safety interlock protection control functions. The design of the simulation run, in practical applications to provide a theoretical basis for the coal handling system.
