摘要:本设计鉴于PLC可靠性高、耐恶劣环境能力强、使用极为方便三大特点,利用PLC技术平台自主开发创新,将机械、电气和自动化等技术有机结合,将传统的继电器-接触器控制功能用PLC代替,构成实用、可靠的自动装药机生产线PLC控制系统。该控制系统可节省大量电气元件、导线与原材料,缩短设计周期,减少维修工作量, 提高加工零件合格率,进而提高生产率,而且程序调整修改方便灵活,提高了设备的柔性和灵活性。具有整体技术经济效益。
根据控制要求,以PLC为核心,设计出一款药品灌装生产流水线控制系统。设计系统控制硬件电路,编写软件控制系统程序,实现对饮料灌装流水线的控制。

目前食品药品安全的现状十分不容乐观,国家食品药品监督管理局发现两大现状导致近几年药品安全性突发事件的频繁发生,一是药品生产企业不按生产工艺生产、规避监管,潜在不安全因素。二是在非GMP流水线厂房生产药品。如果想改变此现状,要着力消除问题隐患,从生产环节入手,采用自动化生产,自动装瓶机解决了生产中的许多问题。
医药行业中,医药包装机械产品种类丰富,药品的形状、性质、包装要求等差异很大,且产量大。因此,自动装瓶机品种众多,目前医药包装设备中,大颗粒、规则形状的药丸自动包装技术已经非常成熟,国内外均有相关设备,但针对异型粒、异型瓶等包装技术则较为有限。PLC通过USS通信协议直接控制电机,不仅能够实现对装药机方式运行的控制,而且能够根据需要灵活控制装药时间,达到节约电能,降低成本,提高生产质量的目的。
