摘要:矿井通风系统是矿井安全生产的重要组成部分,是保障安全生产的基础,矿井通风系统能否正常工作与矿井内工作环境条件、生产效率、安全生产密切相关。但是,现在仍有大量开采多年的老矿系统极为复杂,矿井在日常生产中所遵从的分区通风格局抗灾能力不足,在强烈的扰动面前有可能形成严重的风流紊乱,因而需要有预先的判断和分析。因此,对矿井局部通风系统的合理性、可靠性和抗灾能力的分析,对于提高矿井安全管理水平均有着重要的作用。
针对我国传统矿井局部通风系统经常造成“无计划”停电停风的特点,对矿井局部通风系统进行进一步的整改,整个系统采用PLC控制器的自动控制,结合组态王的监控画面,能够做到对局部通风系统的监控,对其瓦斯浓度、温度、风量等的监控,以便对各种不正常状态和故障进行实时的报警和管理,减小事故的发生,它从一定程度上降低了采掘工作面“无计划”停电停风的次数,提高其局部通风系统运行的稳定性、可靠性、节能降耗等。

Abstract:The mine ventilation system is an important part of the mine safety production, it is to ensure safety in production ,mine ventilation system can work normally or not ,which is closely related to the mine working environment condition, production efficiency, safety in production. But now, there are still a lot of old mine of mining system is extremely complex, partition ventilation pattern which mine in daily production must follow is lack of resilience, when facing the strong disturbance, it may form severe airflow disturbance, so there is need to judge and analyze ahead. Therefore there is need to analyze the rationality, reliability and resilience of local ventilation system, which plays an important role to improve coal mine safety management level.
In view of characteristic that our country traditional mine local ventilation system often resulted in "no plans" to stop power and the wind, to improve pit local ventilation system, the whole system adopts the automatic control of PLC controller, combined with the configuration king of monitoring menu, able to do on local ventilation system monitoring, can do local ventilation system to monitor, the gas concentration, temperature, air flow rate surveillance and so on, so that to manage various abnormal state and fault alarm ,educe the accident, which ,to a certain extent ,reduce the frequency of mining work face" no plans" power to stop the wind, to improve stability, reliability, saving energy and reducing consumption of the local ventilation system.
