摘要:中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，在经济社会发展中具有大企业无法替代的特殊的战略地位。中小企业作为活跃市场的基本力量，容纳了社会上大多数的就业人员，在促进经济增长及解决就业和再就业过程中，发挥着重要作用。中小企业的发展需要强有力的金融支持，但由于企业自身和我国经济体制等多方面的原因，长期以来，在其发展过程中，中小企业在发展中还面临着不少困难和问题，而其中，融资难又是制约中小企业发展最突出的一个问题，而这恰恰成为中小企业发展的最大瓶颈。如何解决中小企业融资难的问题已成为政府、企业和研究学者所共同关注的课题。要破解这一难题，目前必须从政府扶持、金融机构协助，建立现代企业制度等方面入手。

　　　本文正是在这一背景下，在参考借鉴众多学者对中小企业融资问题的研究的基础上，选择从企业融资的视角来分析研究中小企业民间融资现状，试图通过对融资现状的研究找出问题的根本原因并找出相应的解决措施，希望能够帮助中小企业在民间融资过程中更好的控制融资风险和做出更优的融资选择。

ABSTRACT:Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important part of our national economy, in economic and social development have big enterprise irreplaceable special strategic position. Small and medium-sized enterprises as a basic force of the active market, home to most of the employees, society in promoting economic growth and solve the employment and reemployment process, plays an important role. Need strong financial support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, but because the enterprise itself and China's economic system and so on all sorts of reasons, for a long time, in the process of its development, small and medium-sized enterprises in developing still faces many difficulties and problems, of which, the financing difficulties and restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises the most prominent a problem, this is become the biggest bottleneck in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. How to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties has become a common concern to the government, enterprises and research scholars of the subject. To solve this difficult problem, at present must be from the government, financial institutions, to help support and establish modern enterprise system and so on aspects.

　　　It is in this background, this paper in reference of many scholars research on small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems on the basis of the choice from the perspective of corporate finance analysis and research of small and medium-sized enterprise folk financing present situation, through the financing status quo of research to find out the root cause of the problem and find the corresponding solution measures, hoping to help small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of folk financing to better control the financing risk and make better financing options.
