摘  要:随着全球经济发展加快，高新技术企业带动经济持续快速增长已成为全球经济发展的大趋势，各国更加意识到高新技术对保持国民经济持续增长的重要性。改革开放以来，中国通过大力发展以信息技术、生物制药、精密仪器设备制造等为代表的高新技术产业，通过高新技术产业的培育来提高中国创新能力和综合实力。由于高新技术企业的创新能力和高额收益，使得大量的风险资本投入到高新技术企业。由于风险投资的推动作用，使高新技术企业在量与质两方面快速的增长，并且形成了从弱到强的发展轨迹，进而带动了整个产业经济的繁荣与兴旺。

　　　本文通过研究国内外高新技术企业风险投资的发展状况，进行了相应的比较分析，借鉴国外成功的经验，探讨出我国高新技术企业风险投资存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决方法。

ABSTRACT:With the global economic development, high-tech enterprises to promote sustained and rapid economic growth has become a trend of global economic development, countries are more aware of the crucial importance of high and new technology to maintain the sustained growth of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, China by developing high technology industry based on information technology, biological pharmaceuticals, precision instruments and equipment manufacturing as the representatives of China, to improve the innovation ability and comprehensive strength through the cultivation of high-tech industry. But through the domestic and foreign experience, as the high-tech industry innovation ability and higher yield，the development of high-tech industry eventually cannot do without the risk of capital investment. The risk investment to promote the number of high-tech enterprises growth, strength varied from small to large, from weak to strong development path, and thus promote the prosperity of the whole industry economy.

　　　In this paper, through the research status of risk investment of domestic and foreign high-tech enterprises, makes some comparisons. Discussion of venture capital in China's high-tech enterprises, and put forward the corresponding solution.
